Getting to know Nick Baird

As a 4th generation resident of the Kitsap Peninsula, I know this region extremely well. I know the in's and out's of this region and can tell you much of the history. I also grew up in a family owned business in the construction industry, specializing in creating high quality work and outstanding customer service, and that is where I gained so much knowledge of homes and what really separates one home from another.

My job is to sell the best homes for the best prices in all budgets, whether it is in low hundreds of thousands or the multi millions, everyone deserves to purchase the best home for the best price, or sell their home for as much as the market is willing to pay. I lead by example, and have the heart of a teacher, and I love guiding people through the process of buying and selling real estate as it is one of the largest transactions they will ever make and typically only a handful of times in their lives.
